Penelope Green is photographer and journalist with a focus on documenting life seaside in her home town of Newcastle, New South Wales. The 2025 winner of the National Emerging Art Prize's inaugural photography prize, Penny has a focus on female underwater portraiture and a passion for street, news editorial and documentary photography.
